DJRCONSULTANTS has been created by Darren Rice, a specialist business consultant.

Ideal clients are those businesses who provide a great service to their clients, but are somewhat lost when it comes to all things Digital Marketing. It usually takes less than 3 months to transform a business, and for them to see a noticeable increase in revenue.

Darren is originally from the UK where in 1991, at the age of 21, he started his first IT business – Cromwell Business Systems (CBS). www.cromwells.co.uk

With his business partner CBS developed a stock management/point of sale computer system for tv/hifi stores in the UK & Ireland. Starting as a 2 man operation the business grew to employ over 60 staff. In the year 2000 Cromwell became a leading supplier of E-Commerce systems and were at the forefront of web development.

In 2004 Darren had the opportunity to sell his interests to his business partner and move to Australia, with his then young family. CBS is still going strong to this day. 

Between 2004-2010 Darren spent time raising his young family and made a number of investments. One of these was in a new emerging drilling technology for the oil & gas industry.

In 2010 Darren co-founded a Texas (USA) based Drilling technology company, Zero Radius Laterals (ZRL). In 2016 Darren then successfully merged ZRL with Coal Bed Methane Innovations (CBMI), of Brisbane Australia, and created V2H International. Darren was the CEO – Director of V2H International.

As CEO Darren was involved in the creation of an Australian Subsidiary,  completing a multi-million dollar capital raise, securing and  deploying commercial contracts with major Australian Oil & Gas operators. In 2017 Darren was instrumental in the award of a $1,000,000 federal government grant, to assist with the commercialisation of Drilling Technology, which was a personal highlight in a long and successful business career.

During a career that is now in its 30th year, Darren has obtained a wide range of business skills, specifically in Sales & Marketing.

Having founded 2 startup businesses he understands the challenges that many businesses face and can draw on his experience and expertise to offer tangible solutions.
